Story
For many generations, the shamans of Vietnam have been using Bát Quái (octagonal mirrors) to communicate with the world of the dead. They weave this spiritual link using the wind chimes’ sound that signals the holy encounter.
This table is the window that lets one's mind follow the shamans’ footsteps and wander into the spirits' world.

Inspiration
The inspiration for this table’s design comes from traditional patterns that were widely used during the last dynasty of Vietnam, the Nguyen dynasty.
Before the abdication of Bao Dai, the last emperor, the royal family was the symbol of high art and tradition. By combining the lost high art and the surviving folk beliefs, the table becomes the connection between the past and the present. Those who long for the feudal time when arts and culture were preserved at their finest will find comfort during their experience with this table.
