Nomad Style Guide
Story
Challenge:
Founded in 2015, Nomad Health is an online marketplace that directly connects physicians, nurses, and medical facilities for healthcare jobs, without the involvement of third party employment agencies. However, the market has become increasingly competitive. After 6 years, the company still struggles to establish a strong brand identity to separate itself from other competitors including Trusted and Aya. Due to the lack of brand foundation, it is necessary to audit the brand’s visual language and its connection to the missions, values, and attributes that Nomad has set for itself.
Solution:
The Nomad 2022 Style Guide has become the most viable solution for the fragmental Nomad brand identity. It considers the relationships between the current visual language and how the Nomad brand sees itself as a unique entity. It establishes a set of rules that ensure a cohesive visual experience that spans across multiple environments such as products and marketing assets. The document is widely used by Nomad employees and affiliations. New Nomad employees (especially members of the Marketing team, Product team, and Engineering team) have been using this document to familiarize themselves with the Nomad brand, ensuring a much faster on-boarding process.
